Nutrition guidance is not medical treatment

FindUrHealth provides clinical nutrition guidance. It complements, and does not replace, care from your doctor. Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for medical advice.

Always consult your treating doctor before making changes to your diet, supplements or routine — particularly if you are pregnant, undergoing fertility treatment, or managing a diagnosed condition. In an emergency, contact your doctor or nearest hospital, not this website.

No guaranteed outcome

Nutrition outcomes depend on your body, your medical context and how consistently a plan is followed. We do not promise a specific result — including conception, pregnancy, or a particular weight change — and any results described by other patients are their experience, not a prediction of yours.

Programs and enrollment

Program durations are shown on the Services & Programs page. Enrolling through the site sends an enquiry, not a booking: your place is confirmed once it has been agreed with the clinic and payment received. Programs are personal to you and are not transferable to another person.

Payments and refunds

Payments are arranged with the clinic directly and are not taken through this website. Because each program begins with a personalised assessment and plan prepared specifically for you, fees are generally non-refundable once that work has started. If something has gone wrong, contact us on +91 95556 29994 and we will discuss it with you directly.

Your responsibilities

The guidance you receive is based on what you tell us. Please give accurate information about your health, medication and symptoms, and tell us if they change during a program.
